Ed Edgin, left, veteran brass foundryman, and his son, Olin, display a rusted, heavy chuck from the lathe of their shop at 2712 West Sixth Street, ruined by Fort Worth flood in May 1949. Edgin is talking to his friends, hoping to help put over the $7,000,000 flood control bond issue on October 27. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 12, 1950.
