Harry J. Dedeaux of Dallas, payroll saving director of the United States Treasury's bond division, shows a bond poster to W. B. Todd, Tarrant County bond chairman. The picture was taken at a meeting opening a special payroll savings campaign to be conducted this week under the sponsorship of eight Fort Worth business men.
