Description
The organization of a Texas Shrine Chanters Association, with Floyd H. Scott of Fort Worth as president, was announced by its secretary treasurer, J. Oscar Webster, also Moslah Temple chanter. The associations organization marks the end of the chanters' competitions at state conventions, with mass chorus performances to be presented instead. Published in the evening edition, August 9, 1950.
