Description
A Cleburne boilermaker 2nd class, J. H. Rasbeary, right, witnessed typical sailor goodbyes at the Continental bus station as Fort Worth Navy reservists left for Dallas and further assignments. A total of 35 reservist had so far been called on individual orders. To the far left stands an unidentified reservist, the from left to right are, G. M Latimer, bidding goodbye to Miss Adalene Patterson: Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Minter of 419 Stevens, and Joe Juren with Miss Wanda Pearson. Published in the evening edition, August 7, 1950.
