Image shows Mrs. Jimmy Johnston, of 811 East Jefferson, bids goodbye to her son, Private First Class W. D. Hardison. Photo was taken as Marines shipped out, and memorable wartime scenes were re-enacted at the T&P Passenger Station as Fort Worth Marine reservists entrained for the West Coast.
