Description

The proposed use of cobalt beads to fight a cancer found in women was reported here Saturday by a professor from Washington University School of Medicine. Cobalt is already being used early extensively in the radiation treatment of cancer, but it is most commonly administered from a cobalt machine or bomb. In the picture Dr. Oran Prejean of Dallas, left, and Dr. Axel N. Arneson of St. Louis.
