Doctor Installed as Head of Jewish Organizations Dr. Frank Cohen has been installed as president of the Jewish Federation of Fort Worth and the Jewish Social Service Agency. He was elected to the office in November to succeeed Leon H. Brachman, and was installed at a directors' meeting Thursday at Congregation Ahavath Sholom. Elected to serve with him for the next year were Ike Sandler, first vice president; Marcus Ginsburg, second vice president, and M. B. Taubman, third vice president. Re-elected were Dr. Abe Greines, secretary, and B. E. Ellman, treasurer. Dr. Cohen has served as a vice president of the Jewish Federation and as co-chairman of its annual campaign. He was the first chairman of its youth activities and day camp committee. He has been vice president of the Tarrant County Medical Society and chairman of its public health advisory committee. Dr. Cohen's other professional and civic associations have included the vice presidency of the Tarrant County Day Care Association, membership on the medical committee of the Moslah Shrine and current service as chairman of the Kiwanis local and district underprivileged child committee. A native of Dallas and a graduate of Baylor Medical School, he lives at 3644 Norfolk Road. Three new members of the 30-member board also attended the meeting. They are Mrs. I. E. Horwitz, Bob Kragen and Sherwin Rubin.
