Texas home builders were informed in Fort Worth that the Congress is expected to enact a housing bill early in 1959 that will provide more liberal terms for the purchase of a home. In the picture, left to right, Edgar Von Scheele from San Antonio; E. J. Burke from San Antonio; Carl T. Mitnick from Merchantille NJ; and Larry Blackmon from Fort Worth.
