Description
Anthony L. Cochran began working in the Fort Worth fire department in 1909, he had no intention of compiling a longevity record. Cochran has retired as chief of No. 2 District with the most service years of any man ever on the Fort Worth fire department. In the picture he appears relaxing in a chair given to him when he retired as chief of District No. 2, Fort Worth Fire chief Paul Fontaine looks on.
