A place for cool comfort and charm has been developed on a one-time vacant lot adjoining the present home of Dr. J. Franklin Campbell, 2017 Windsor PI. Former owners of the property, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Vandervoort, started the improvement which is the type being encouraged by the long-range program of Fort Worth's cleanup and beautification campaign. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition June 21, 1950.
