Description

Dr. Herbert E. Hipps of Waco, left, demonstrates at the medical meeting at Fort Worth a chair brace he developed to train "hopeless" cerebral palsied children to control their heads, sit alone and use arms and hands. The " hopeless" cases are rarely aided by drugs or surgery, he said. At right is Dr. Hugh Murray of Dallas. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram in evening edition, May 3, 1950.
