Image shows two policemen going through evidence from theft. D. G. Latham, right is pouring out money from a cowboy boot while his partner, T. E. Hayes, holds another boot containg a money bag. The patrolmen found $ 2,622.89 in the boots worn by two people they arrested seven minutes after Worth Food Store, 604 S. Jennings, was broken into. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, June 15, 1950.
