Image shows two officers from the Philatelic Association. They are shown to be seated inspecting an envelope. Charles W. Brock, left, has been named for second term as president of the Texas Philatelic Association. Right is Vernon A. Forrester, Secretary treasurer. He is also president of the Panther City Philatelic Society. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 18, 1950.
