The Ed Bridgemans, former owners, are building a new home. The Ridgecrest house is on an acre site near Eagle Mountain Lake. It features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a den paneled in oak, a large kitchen with breakfast area, a brick-walled entry hall and a living room fireplace in a wall of brick. The house is air-conditioned and carpeted. The sale was arranged by Joe Farris and Daisy Brannon of McDonald & Company.
