Description
Thurman Powell, 23, of 1601 Hemphill was stabbed about 20 times over his face, arms and chest at 1:15 am Monday when he and several other picnickers were attacked by a pack of Latin American Youth. Seventy five stitches were taken in Powell's body at Harris Hospital, where he was reported in fair condition later Monday.
