Image shows a crowd gathered at the Mansfield High School in efforts to prevent African Americans to enroll. A pair of dogs, held by Bud West, left and Jim Selman, right were holding the spotted dog's leash and the owners of the animals. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition September 4, 1956.
