Three officers of the Texas Press Association attending the group's convention at Hotel Texas took time to interview each other. Shown, left to right are Arthur H. Kowert, TPA president and publisher of the Fredericksburg Standard; W. R. Beaumier, TPA vice president and publisher of the Lufkin Daily News; and Ward Lowe, TPA secretary-treasurer and publisher of the Lampasas Dispatch. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 19, 1954.
