Description
Former Brigadier General William E. Brougher of Atlanta, Georgia, right, and his wife welcomed to Fort Worth by Major Deen and Mrs. Gib Jackson left. Brougher, a one-time prisoner of the Japanese, will address the national convention of the American Ex-Prisoners of War, Inc., Mrs. Jackson presented a bouquet of roses from the ex-POWS to Mrs. Brougher. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 4, 1954.
