Checking a program at the Hotel Texas headquarters for the national American Ex-Prisoners of War, Inc., convention were, left to right, Robert Frey of Kansas City, Charles Brown of Santa Barbara, California, Milton Baker of Kansas City and Otto Schwarz of Newark, N. J. They represent the total of more than 14 years' captivity in Pacific theater during World War II. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition June 3, 1954.
