Elected during the Southwest Regional Conference of the National Rehabilitation Association here were, left to right, Don Russell of Little Rock, new treasurer for the region; Tom Bullock Hyder of Denton, chosen president of the Texas Rehabilitation Association at a meeting in conjunction with the conference, and Charles Eskridge of Dallas, regional representative on the national organization's board. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 2, 1954.
