The L. E. Rainbolt family of 4829 Thurston camped out along the Trinity River several hours before the start of the rodeo. The children are Nancy, 6, left, Trudy, 9, sitting in the trailer, and Peggy, 3, watching her mother. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 30, 1954.
