City Health Director W. V. Bradshaw, right, presents a national award to Ernest J. Nash, psychiatric aide, at U.S. Public Health Service Hospital. Nash received the award from the National Association for Mental Health after winning it in competition with aides from 680 mental hospitals. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 5, 1954.
