The nine districts of Texas Garden Clubs Incorporation, make up the theme of arrangements classes in the Garden Club Council Flowercade opening at Leonard's. Planning the district arrangements are, left to right, Mrs. Roy E. Ward Jr., Scenery Hill Garden Club; A. A. Bliss, Flora Culture Garden Club; Joe S. Pieringer, Forest Acres Garden Club, and R. E. Ehrhorn, Foster Park Garden Club. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 25, 1954.
