Description
The view east toward Van Zandt viaduct shows a typical citywide traffic jam as skidding wheels inched cars toward town from residential areas. Downtown-bound lines of cars often held up buses, which were not slowed appreciably by the inch-thick ice-sleet crust because of their dual rear wheels. Cars in traffic on a snow filled road.
