Description
Decatur put on a Green Cross of Safety parade to impress upon residents of Wise County the need for caution behind the wheel. On the float, one of more than 25 in the parade, Miss Nancy Duncan and Dwight Hill act out a warning. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 24, 1954.
