Description

H. H. Allen, unit manager for Scurry Area Canyon Reef Operators Committee, indicates on Kelly-Snyder pool map the 1,164 wells estimated to produce 500,000,000 barrels in primary recovery and 1,180,000,000 barrels in productive secondary life of 40 years or more. The pool has already yielded 114,000,000 barrels of oil. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 10, 1954.
