Shoe Stamp, 9-year-old Palomino stallion owned by C. Gordon Arnold of Bedford, was named grand champion at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show. Mrs. C. K. S. Russom Jr. of Fort Worth presents the Texas Palomino Exhibitors Association plaque of Jimmy Hobbs handler for Arnold. Reserve champion was Lucky Bob Blanton owned by G. B. Oliver of Alomogordo, N. M. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition February 1, 1954.
