Description
The world champion junior cowboy and cowgirl were named by the American Junior Rodeo Association. Becky Jo smith of Jal, N. M., was the new all-around cowgirl. Awards and trophies were presented to Miss Smith, an optional barrel racer, in one of the final features of a matinee. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram February 1, 1954.
