Description
The grand champion steer of the Junior Livestock Show at the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show, was this heavyweight Hereford, Henke's Pride. The grand champion was shown by Bobby Zane Egger, Goldthwaite 4-H Club boy. With young Egger is Dean W. L. Stangel, superintendent of the steer show. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition January 30, 1954.
