Dick Bentley of the West Side Gym, was in the Star-Telegram's regional Golden Gloves Friday. Sgt. Jack Burris of Wolters Air Force Base in Mineral Wells, mix it up in open class on first round. Dick Bentley won unanimous but unpopular opinion. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning January 16, 1954.
