John Temple Rice of Chicago, left, grand recorder, and Walter Allen DeLamater of New York, deputy grand master of the Grand Encampment Knights Templar, U.S.A., were going to watch their largest commandery, Worth No. 19, in action as part of survey of the "needs of Knight Temporary". DeLamarte is due to become grand master in 1953.
