Children of the late Major K. M. Van Zandt took part Tuesday in groundbreaking ceremonies for the Van Zandt Memorial Armory. Issac Van Zandt is at right with shovel. Others, left to right, are Mrs. Clarence Sloan of Saginaw and Mrs. W. A. Diboll, Sidney Van Zandt, and Mrs. Issac Van Zandt.
