Description

Mrs. Inez Whalen unveils a bronze bas-relief of the late R. E. Harding, former president and chairman of the board of Fort Worth National Bank, in ceremonies at the bank. The plaque was a gift of bank employees. Mrs. Whalen was Harding's secretary for many years.
