Description
Felt, wearable in more ways than ever before, is fashioned into a 20-gore umbrella skirt by Margie Webb and teamed with a black jersey blouse and gold-studded black velvet belt worn by Jean Joy Johnson, left. Patsy Luther, center, wears a youthful full-skirted black taffeta party dress by Anne Fogarty. Soft and flowing and frankly fake is the imitation broadtail skirt worn by Nancy Davis. The skirt and white jersey blouse are by Jean Carol.
