Description
Thomas R. Shugart, former vice president of Geotechnical Service Corporation, opened an office as a geophysical consultant specializing in seismic interpretations and previsions. His office was in the Mercantile Securities Building in Dallas. Mr. Shugart received a master's of science degree from Texas Christian University in 1933. His Father was a pastor of the Meadowbrook Methodist Church in Fort Worth.
