William Jean Hill, 8, fighting for her life at City-County Hospital after suffering critical burns, has been offered blood from men of an entire squadron at Carswell Air Force Base. Captain F. L. Manning, commander of the 11th Periodic Maintenance Squadron of the 11th Bomb Wing, is shown with one of the 15 pints already donated by the squadron.
