Officer-to-Be - Tech Sargeant Herman F. Englehardt Jr., 25, of 3633 Crestline Road, above, reported in at Lackland Air Force Base Tuesday to begin six-month Officer Candidate School course. The former Star-Telegram carrier-salesman and 1951 Texas Christian University graduate was recalled to Air Force duty in May and has been stationed at Carswell Air Force Base. He served 13 months in the Pacific theatre during World War II.
