Description
A 3-year-old girl, called Linda for want of her real name, bursts into tears as her picture is taken after she was ordered into the custody of County Juvenile Officer Ross Friday morning. The homeless child was found in a downtown beer tavern June 29. Comforting the youngster is Mrs. Peggy King assistant county probation officer.
