Description
George W. Saam displays a picture of a 1906 Youth Men Christian Association (YMCA) basketball team which he captained. Saam rejoined the YMCA for his 50th consecutive membership. He has been active in the organization since 1902 and at one time served as athletic director of the Fort Worth association. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 18, 1952.
