Side by side at City County Hospital's baby ward are Marshall Lowell Coleman, right, who weighed in at a whopping 14 pounds 8 ounces at birth early, and Ruben Renfroe, nearly 3 months old, who now weighs all of 4 pounds one and half ounces. Ruben, born three-and-one-half months prematurely, weighed 1 pound and 13 ounces at birth. Two babies in a plastic clear crib.
