Defense attorney R. C. Green rises to his feet to address an objection to the beach as the trial of Robert H. Barber Jr., seated left, for the slaying of a Fort Worth detective gets under way. On each side of Green are other defense lawyers, Earl Johnson, between Barber and Green, and Frank Massey, far right. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 10, 1952.
