Attending the Central Texas Methodist Conference sessions here of the Woman's Society of Christian Service are two former missionaries, Mrs. W. W. Paxton, left, who served 20 years in Cuba, and Mrs. E. H. Farmer, who did evangelistic and educational work in the Belgian Congo in 1923-1927. Mrs. Farmer is now Jurisdiction Secretary of Foreign Work and lives in Glasgow, Missouri. Mrs. Paxton is Spiritual Life Leader of the Louisiana Methodist Conference and resides in Lake Charles. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, March 26, 1952.
