Description
James Turner Terry, 29, forks over his income tax to Miss Donna Carter, cash accounts clerk at the Bureau of Internal Revenue office. He was the last man to pay. "It wouldn't have happened this way," apologized Terry, "if I hadn't been so busy helping my friends get theirs in on time." Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 16, 1950.
