Description
Oscar Franklin Ross, 24, left, told police and Assistant District Attorney Charles Lindsey, right, he killed his brother, William Eugene Ross, 26, because "I loved him dearly. It was a mercy killing. It was the only thing I could do". The older Ross' body was found near Sycamore Park bath house, five bullet holes in the head.
