Description
Wearing hats decorated to indicate their official duties are a few officers of the Fort Worth Council of Parents and Teachers, who participated in the Founders' Day luncheon program. Mrs. Dana Griffin, standing, in charge of outside publicity, wears a paper hat ornamented with Star-Telegram clippings; and Mrs. Carey Snyder, year book chairman, wears a picture hat overlaid with P-TA yearbooks, including the one for which she was responsible.
