Description

Wearing hats decorated to indicate their official duties are a few officers of the Fort Worth Council of Parents and Teachers, who participated in the Founders' Day luncheon program. Examining the "president's bonnet" worn by Mrs. John Lambert, are Mrs. Carl Horn, first vice president, whose hat sported wings to denote extension, and a tiny Mexican sombrero in recognition of a Latin speaking unit; and Mrs. Lawrence Connelley, treasurer, whose chapeau is decked with checks.
