Description

Linda Lee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Lee of 1317 Virginia Place, and Gay Anne Floyd, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. T. Floyd of 1300 Belle Place, earned $5.40 for the Star-Telegram Milk and Ice Fund from an original "International Museum". The two girls displayed relics, items of interest collected from travels and dolls of Peru, Guatemala and other countries. Of interest was an elephant's foot picked up on a trip to Canada. The $5.40 earned for the fund came from donations from the museum spectators and from the sale of lemonade. Linda lee, left and Gay Anne Floyd, right is shown with the dolls.
