    Misses Venita Neely, left, and Jo Kelly, right, director of Special education in the Fort Worth public school systems, will lend a touch of Texas to the International Council for Exceptional Children convention to be held in New York April 13-23. The Fort Worth delegates plan to wear their Western regalia at the annual Texas breakfast to be held during the meeting. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition April 13, 1951.
