The Payoff - Typical of the thousands of young Fort Worth citizens who take advantage of the opportunities offered on Recreation Department playgrounds is 9- year-old Emile Bouffard III, shown listening to Miaa Majorie Horn read a story, with his sister, Judy, and J. M. West as other interested listeners. These scenes are repeated throughout the summer days on countless playgrounds, which attract 6,000 youngsters to the varied programs offered.
