Irvine, commander of the 19th Air Division, Carswell Air Base, places a Memorial day wreath on the Rose Hill grave of the man for whom the base is named, Major Horace S. Carswell, Jr. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition May 31, 1951.
